After studying nouvelle cuisine directly under the celebrated Chef Paul Bocuse, Chef Gutierrez arrived in the U.S. Drawn to the flavors of the South, Chef Gutierrez soon found himself in Memphis as Chef de Cuisine at the Peabody Hotel’s Chez Philippe.
