  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

  • 2 cups grilled pineapple

Directions
  1. To a large bowl, add turkey, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, coriander, onion, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
  2. Then, divide into 4 burger patties.
  3. Heat a large saute pan over medium heat and add olive oil and turkey patties.
  4. Cook until golden about 4 minutes per side. Flip and cook another 4 minutes, add cheese, and cover until melted.
  5. In a bowl, mash together avocado, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, coriander, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Check seasoning and set aside.
  6. To another bowl, stir together grilled pineapple, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper. Check seasoning and set aside.
  7. When ready to serve, add turkey burger to toasted bun
  8. Top with guacamole, pineapple salsa, and Tostito chips for a crunch!
