Directions
- To a large bowl, add turkey, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, coriander, onion, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
- Then, divide into 4 burger patties.
- Heat a large saute pan over medium heat and add olive oil and turkey patties.
- Cook until golden about 4 minutes per side. Flip and cook another 4 minutes, add cheese, and cover until melted.
- In a bowl, mash together avocado, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, coriander, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Check seasoning and set aside.
- To another bowl, stir together grilled pineapple, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper. Check seasoning and set aside.
- When ready to serve, add turkey burger to toasted bun
- Top with guacamole, pineapple salsa, and Tostito chips for a crunch!
