Ozzy Kim
Viking Range, LLC, the leader in residential kitchen technology, has named Ozzy Kim as the February Designer of Distinction. Ozzy Kim, owner and designer for Ozzykdesigns llc based in Las Vegas, Nevada is the second monthly winner in the 2017 Viking Kitchen Design Competition. Designers from around the United States are vying for the coveted honor to become the 2017 Viking Designer of the Year.

This residential project was recently completed in Las Vegas, Nevada. The clients wanted a kitchen that would be a key feature with a contemporary, sleek design with a lot of storage. The kitchen and living space accomodates their everyday functional needs and allows for their frequent entertaining needs. This design was accomplished by utilizing contemporary styling, modern Viking stainless steel appliances, color, lighting and by using amazing finishes. Viking products included in the design were 36" All Refrigerator, 36" All Freezer, 36" Full Height Wine Cellar, 36 Gas Cooktop with Downdraft, 30" Electric Oven and Microwave.

Ozzy Kim from Ozzykdesigns came from a hospitality and service industry background in Honolulu, Hawaii where he was exposed to many different facets of cultures and lifestyles. His initial interior design background was developed and honed in Las Vegas with an emphasis on hospitality, and ranged in locality from the United States, Australia, and Asia.
After working at an architectural firm the decision was made to start his own firm. Thus, Ozzykdesigns llc was born. Incorporating the client's needs, the design is tailored to their aesthetics with sophistication and a bit of whimsy.
"We all work hard and leisure is where people get to unwind, often celebratory, and a time of enjoyment, " Kim said. "It's about creating a destination and enriching experiences. This maybe at home or dining at a great restaurant. What inspires me is the ability to create unique spaces and concepts that that create an experience for the individuals. Leisure brings people together and in that moment it should be savored."
